A: Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) depends on the product type and packaging. Some items may start from as low as 1,000 units, while others may require a higher quantity. Please contact us for product-specific details.

A: Customization is only available for orders over 3,000 units for Skincare Products in Tubes/Containers/Jars/Serum-Droppers/Balm-sticks. For Face Sheet Masks, the MOQ is 30,000 units.

A: Yes. In all EU markets, our skincare products are approved with CPNP registration and all necessary tests (Microbiological, Physical, Chemical, Challenge PET, Stability, and Compatibility-Tests).

  1. For orders less than 30 units:
    • You need to design your own sticker label, print it, and attach it to the product.
    • Our branding/design team can assist with the design for an additional cost. Please send us an inquiry.
  2. For orders between 30-300 units:
    • The printing of your designed sticker label is included in the price and will be sent together with your products.
  3. For orders between 300-3,000 units:
    • Both printing and attachment of your designed sticker label onto your ordered skincare products are included in the price.
  4. For orders over 3,000 units:
    • You can customize both the product formula/ingredients and the printing directly on the packaging and the box.
